When we founded THE GIFT, we asked ourselves one question: Can we make communication better? Can we combine advertising with our POISON values? Can we communicate our beliefs to our customers and be their reliable partners for sustainable, low-emission and socially responsible advertising production, created in diversified teams and with more in mind than maximizing profits? 
When we realize projects, we do so out of passion. We rely on long-term partnerships and a growing national and international network. As a team, we live fairness, diversification, responsibility and sustainability. We print on thin paper, but only the best lines. The end result is something we want to share with you.  
 
So what does that mean?
We only produce green. CO2 emissions are avoided or compensated for in all our productions. We work digitally, which allows us to take part in meetings from any location. We are already implementing the first useful AI tools in our day-to-day work.  
For all productions, we create CO2 reports with our in-house green consultant and make them available to our customers. Before each production, all aspects are scrutinized and, if necessary, suggestions are made as to how we can not only produce more cost-effectively, but above all with lower emissions. 
We have been operating our production office in a largely climate-neutral manner since 2020 and create our projects based on a Green Production Guide. As part of this, we also offer exclusively vegan/vegetarian catering. We are also committed to carbon offsetting for all projects and beyond in order to compensate for flights, transportation and other unavoidable emissions. The C02 compensation to be paid is calculated depending on the project and the emissions generated and donated to one of our partner projects at the end of the project.  
In cooperation with "Climate Partner", we invest in various Germany-wide/regional projects as well as in some globally active projects. The projects are internationally certified and are audited annually by an independent third party. The climate protection projects make an important contribution to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations.   


Our team is diverse. We see this as a strength that helps us to evaluate things from different perspectives. We come from various cultural and economic backgrounds, are parents and represent different age groups. This diversity not only enriches our working environment, but also broadens our horizons and promotes mutual understanding. 
We firmly believe that the value of a person is not defined by education or origin. For us, every voice and idea counts, regardless of academic qualifications. We believe in the enormous potential that arises when we place trust in each other and create an atmosphere in which everyone can develop their strengths.  


We don't believe in buzzwords like "New Work", but in responsibility for our employees. Working hours are recorded digitally and overtime is paid without exception. We offer our employees various options for a health-promoting workplace. These include team-building and further training measures, support for fitness programs and our office garden, which invites employees hang out outside of work. We offer extensive home office options and have an open ear for each other. 
We are convinced that working time is part of life and should therefore meet all the requirements of a meaningful workplace.
